Purchasing Adobe Creative Cloud in China

cztime acc

…is harder than using Facebook via VPN.

Recently, I tried to purchase Adobe Creative Cloud for my team in China. As a designer who does a little bit programing, I want my team to use licensed commercial software not just for legal reason but for the respect to the creators. And it was very painful experience, from calling resellers who are rude and clueless, to understand some fundamentals such as you simply can’t do this without a company in other countries.

It’s nearly impossible to get the latest ACC as a package within China. You have to buy individual products and manage these with intensive labors. The infrastructure is very out-date and no one cares enough. Next time, if you complaint not many people use legal software in China, try purchase some for your team.

Feedback is food.

Feedback, a process of giving critics, comments and opinion for making collective works better, in the context of every day works in design innovation & consultancy.

Feedback is like food. It takes to to grow, assemble, prepare and serve as the giver. To the receiver, it takes time to receive, respond, digest and react. It takes time, experience and good intention to make it work.

The Story of Purpose

Aristotle called it the whatness. Nietzsche called it the why. Disney called it magic . Kennedy called it the moon. Since the dawn of human thought, purpose has guided us, inspired us, and given us reason to believe in something greater.

It's hard to see better explanation of what brand's mission is. This is a great book for people who have less background or training in branding.
